Different Platforms Require Different Needs
Keep in mind that some “free” platforms restrict attendee space and limit meeting length. Suggested online meeting platforms include Zoom, Skype, GoToMeeting, Teams and many others.
For All Online Meetings – In the spirit of Tradition 11 which states “Our public relations policy is based on attraction rather than promotion; we need always maintain personal anonymity at the level of press, radio, television and films.” It is suggested by the World Service Conference IT Committee to read and/or post the OSA Meeting Disclaimer.
Meeting Disclaimer: “Due to the technologies being used for these meetings, your anonymity, or the anonymity of others mentioned, could be compromised at a public level. You and our groups as a whole have the responsibility to consider the potential implications, and our level of participation in this meeting.
